Custom Tags and Workflow
create custom tags to organise tasks for your specific workflow why use custom tags? default tags (to warn, to ban, warning sent) work for most cases, but custom tags help you label tasks for other teams flag affiliates from specific markets mark tasks to ignore create custom workflows creating a custom tag create a new blank task open it in task manager click + → edit tags click "create new tag" configure your tag name what appears in reports (e g , "other market", "legal review") default column where tasks with this tag appear choose "done" if no action needed (acts as pure label) choose "to do" if it needs attention color & icon visual identification on cards show in data reports enable to see the tag in reports throughout marcode common custom tags "hijacking warning 1, 2, 3 etc" useful if you have a process that you want to follow although we’d recommend playbooks for those "ignore" default column done use for known legitimate partners who appear suspicious prevents them cluttering your to do list "legal review" default column to do use for complex cases needing legal input "other market" default column done use for affiliates operating in markets you don't manage "partner discussion" default column ready use for legitimate partners who need policy clarification using tags when creating tasks choose your custom tag instead of default options task appears in the column you specified changing tags open any task click + → edit tags select different tag organizing your workflow example workflow create task from report → "to do" column investigate and tag → moves to appropriate column assign to team member → they get notified take action (warn/ban) → task moves to "done" tag appears in reports → you remember next time screenshot placeholder task manager with custom tags visible
