Working with Tasks
once a task is created, you can manage it from the task manager board opening a task click any task card to see the details inside a task you'll see advertiser/affiliate information search details and ad examples ad click analysis (if available) playbook steps (if it's a playbook task) comments from your team assigning team members click the + icon under members inside the task card select team member from dropdown they'll be notified of comments and changes once added to the card use this for delegating investigations, keeping team members in the loop, escalations, or follow ups adding comments leave comments for yourself or teammates anyone assigned to the task gets notified common uses "checked definitely fraudulent" "affiliate responded, says they'll stop" "escalated to network on \[date]" sending emails from tasks navigate to the email section of the task choose an email template add recipient email (if not auto filled) edit if needed send or choose send later adding cc recipients before sending any email, you can add your affiliate network or other stakeholders as cc recipients to add a cc compose your email in the task click "add cc" enter the email address (e g , your awin or cj account manager) send as normal common uses cc awin, cj, or other networks on formal warnings keep network account managers informed of violations create a paper trail for escalations loop in legal or compliance teams important you can edit any email before it sends, even in automated playbooks (see docid\ txyapmjoj0j4vn6wmwz80 ) this includes adding cc recipients to playbook emails before they execute email replies and notifications who receives replies? when you send an email from a task emails are sent from marcode's system replies come directly to whoever created the task all replies are automatically logged on the task card for your records adding team members to receive notifications you can add colleagues to any task so they receive updates open the task click the + icon under "members" select team member from the dropdown they'll now receive notifications for email replies from affiliates comments added to the task task status changes playbook step completions when to add team members delegating investigations to colleagues keeping managers informed of escalations adding network contacts to complex cases ensuring continuity when you're out of office tip add team members before starting a playbook so they're notified of all responses automatically moving tasks between columns drag tasks between columns or use the status buttons mark as "ready" when you have all info move to "in progress" when working on it move to "done" when completed
